Track Mounted Morooka Dump Truck

Purchased at auction, our customer brought us this machine and gave us just the following instructions "make it look new, make it tough and make it look like a truck". We began by designing and building a new, stronger rock box for the back. The existing box was dented and many of the tubes were crushed due to under construction. All of that is a thing of the past with the new JBS box on the truck. The operator regularly drops rocks into the box and fills it with sand until it overflows. None of this is too much for the box as there is little noticeable damage beyond regular paint wear. Next we refurbished the cab, front bumper and track mechanisms, supplying a brand new rubber track for one side. Finally we modified the exhaust with a new chrome unit for a more "truck like" appearance at the customer’s request. What we ended up with was a heavy duty good looking truck and one very happy customer!

Rock Hammer

J. Bond & Sons Ltd. brought new life to this old hammer by re-enforcing all four sides for extended wear with QT100 plates. We also replaced all of the wear surface around the bit opening and manufactured a custom adaptor with lugging to attach to the customers new excavator
